Q: How do I book a tee time?
A: Securing your spot on our course is easy. The fastest way is to book your tee time online through our website. You can also call our Golf Shop directly, and our staff will be happy to assist you with your reservation.
Q: What are your green fees and rates?
A: Our rates are dynamically priced, and vary based on the season, time of day, and whether you are a local resident or visitor to Las Vegas. For the most accurate and up-to-date pricing, please check our online tee time booking system, which displays all available rates, or contact the Golf Shop.
Q: What is the dress code?
A: We maintain a standard golf dress code to ensure an enjoyable experience for all. We require collared shirts (or appropriate golf-specific mock necks) and tailored pants or shorts. Denim, gym wear, and metal spikes are not permitted on the course.
Q: Do you offer golf club rentals?
A: Yes, we have a full set of the most up-to-date clubs from Callaway. We offer clubs for men, women, and left-handed players.
Q: Is The Legacy Golf Club open to the public?
A: Absolutely. The Legacy Golf Club is a public golf course. We welcome both local golfers and visitors from out of town.
Q: How long does a typical round of golf take at The Legacy Golf Club?
A: To ensure an enjoyable pace for all players, we expect a round at The Legacy Golf Club to be completed in 4 hours and 15 minutes or less. We appreciate our golfers being mindful of pace and ready to play when it’s their turn.
Q: What type of grass is on the greens and fairways?
A: The Legacy Golf Club features Bermuda grass throughout the greens, tees, fairways, and rough. Each fall, we overseed the fairways and tees with ryegrass and the greens with Poa Trivialis to keep the course lush during the cooler winter months. We do not overseed the rough, which helps conserve water during drought conditions and creates a striking two-tone look in winter. Our detailed winter maintenance practices ensure consistently healthy turf and high-quality playing conditions all season long.
Q: Does the course have a driving range?
A: Yes, we have a full-length driving range, a short-game practice area with a bunker, and a practice putting green. During the summer months, the driving range is open on grass seven days a week. In the winter and spring seasons, players hit from mats Monday–Wednesday and from grass Thursday–Sunday. The range opens 30 minutes before the first tee time each day, and the last bucket is sold 30 minutes before sunset. On Tuesdays year-round, the last bucket is sold at 3:00 p.m. for clean pick.
Q: Can I host a tournament or corporate outing at The Legacy Golf Club?
A: We specialize in making golf outings memorable and seamless. The Legacy Golf Club is an ideal venue for corporate tournaments, charity fundraisers, and league events. Please visit our “Tournaments” page or contact our Head Golf Professional for custom package information.
Q: Are golf lessons available from a PGA professional?
A: Yes, our teaching professionals offer lessons for players of all ages and skill levels. Whether you’re just starting or looking to refine your game, you can book a private lesson by contacting the Golf Shop.
Q: What is the cancellation policy for tee times?
A: We understand that plans change. We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice to cancel a tee time without penalty. Please call the Golf Shop as soon as possible to cancel or modify your reservation. Please note that prepaid tee times are not able to be refunded.
Q: Are riding carts included with the green fee?
A: Yes, all greens fees include shared cart with GPS. Individual carts are $25 and are based on availability.
